insurance plans accepted. With insurance plans changing rapidly, we encourage our patients to verify with their insurance carrier that the physician they will be seeing is on their plan. Patients should also know what facility their insurance plan requires to have outpatient testing, should the patient need x-rays or lab work. Always be sure to have a valid referral on file and to bring your insurance cards to your appointment. As a courtesy to our patients, we file all insurance claims for you. |
